Beautiful 2,800 square foot vacation home for rent on four acres starting at $300 per night, plus $150 cleaning fee with a minimum three night stay. This two-story spacious floor plan has four bedrooms all on the second floor and three bathrooms including a large claw foot tub. The home accommodates 10 people including the full size sleeper sofa in the master bedroom which is recommended for children.

The property is located on a private road which leads to the national forest. There is plenty of parking in the driveway with room for dirt bikes, quads, etc. Like many of the neighbors in this area, it is not fenced therefore no pets please.

Upon reservation a 50% deposit via check will be required with the remainder due prior to the reservation. A security deposit will also be required via check prior to the reservation. Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year's holiday rates are based on a weekly flat rate of six nights, plus cleaning fee. Additional nights can be negotiated.

We have a caretaker located nearby that will be available to meet you at the property and answer any questions you may have as well as help you in case of emergency.
